Diamoxyde is a unique ceramic composite coating composed of a chromium oxide matrix reinforced with thermochemically densified diamond particles. It offers abrasion and corrosion resistance far superior to other coatings available on the market, such as vanadium carbide, aluminum oxide, or tungsten carbide.

Extreme high-temperature performance:
Diamoxyde is designed to withstand high temperatures, up to 900°C, without deterioration or cracking. Even during sudden temperature changes, such as rapid cooling in cold water after heating to over 700°C, it remains perfectly intact.
Total waterproofing and chemical resistance:
Thanks to its porosity-free structure, Diamoxyde is completely waterproof and prevents any accumulation of impurities. This waterproofing remains optimal even at high temperatures or under high pressure.
The coating is also unalterable in aggressive environments such as seawater, bases, most acids, and solvents. It thus guarantees long-lasting protection against corrosion in complex industrial environments.
Exceptional adhesion and robustness:
Diamoxide is chemically bonded to the substrate, ensuring exceptional adhesion of 80 MPa. Its hardness is impressive, reaching 7000 HV, making it an extremely resistant coating to friction, wear, and mechanical shock.
