Coating
Minilub
High technology process for surface treatment of tools and avoiding wear problems mold release by reducing the friction.
FOR MORE INFORMATION
Space technology
Developing advanced lubrication technologies that meet the requirements of aerospace manufacturers, NASA created a new universal lubricant coating bonded to the surface. This lubrication technology has evolved to adapt to the industry and help you control your friction problems with less loss, the durations of longer cycles, less maintenance and more profit.
Process
Implemented at room temperature, the Minilub is propelled into a gas conditioning and projected at high speed for very strong support. To make possible the physical adhesion of the dry lubrication film, we treat the surface of the tools until there is a structure (of atoms) oxide and free of impurities. The pre-treated surface is then bombarded with the coating to the down roots in the atomic structure. When this molecular bonding, the Minilub becomes part of the support and can only be removed by abrasion.
