Coating
Diamoxyde
Diamoxyde is a ceramic compound thermo-chemically formed with chromium oxide and reinforced
with diamond particles optimising abrasion and corrosion resistance. This high-tech coating
optimises the quality and the resistance of your metallic parts.
FOR MORE INFORMATION
This coating can be applied on all substrates: steel, cast iron, stainless steel, titanium, …
and can resist without any modification of its properties to high temperatures in the air until 900°.
Its resistance to thermal shocks is also incredible. Heated at 700° and plunged into cold water
the Diamoxyde coating will not suffer from any alteration despite a high thermal shock.
Diamoxyde is dense and without any porosity on the surface. As a consequence, dust and impurities skid away and the surface properties remain unchanged for a long time. This tightness characteristics remain valid at
high temperature and under high pressures. The coating is chemically bonded to the substrate and offers better wear resistance against friction and corrosion than any other coatings based on vanadium carbides, tungsten Carbides and oxide ceramics such as alumina.
Diamoxyde has a high chemical inertance and resists to sea water, bases, most of acids and
main solvents
